DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

We use Canada Post for shipping carrier. 

Shipping process time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.  Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.  Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.  If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order is $12 FLAT with Tracking and Delivery Confirmation across Canada with Tracking and Confirmation and is displayed at checkout. Shipping delivery dates are estimated between 2-5 days.

You can save money on shipping by purchasing an additional item, since the shipping cost for the extra item will be the same.

When your cart contains 5 items, you will activate FREE Shipping at Check out, which cannot be combined with any other discount codes.

USA SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping charges for your order is $10 FLAT with Tracking and Delivery Confirmation across Canada with Tracking and Confirmation and is displayed at checkout. Shipping delivery dates are estimated between 4-7 days.

Please note that we do not cover the costs of duties and taxes on our end. These charges are the responsibility of the customer in their respective region.

When your order over $100 USD, you will activate FREE Shipping at Check out.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated automatically at checkout. Shipping delivery dates are estimated at checkout once you choose the preferred shipping option.
